Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the OpenQlik platform you agree to these Terms. If you are using OpenQlik on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

OpenQlik provides a voice and agent AI platform delivered as managed cloud, hybrid or on-premises. The available features and limits depend on your plan.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or deceptive use.
• No voice cloning of a real person without their explicit, documented consent.
• No attempt to bypass security, rate limits or licensing controls.
• No automated reverse engineering or model extraction.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not train shared foundation models on your content.

5. Fees

Cloud subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage above plan limits is billed in arrears at published rates. On-premises licences are governed by a separate order form.

6. Term & termination

You may cancel any time from your account settings. We may suspend the service for material breach, non-payment or security reasons after notice, except in cases of immediate risk.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party's confidential information using industry-standard care.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors and should not be solely relied upon for high-risk decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
